Who are we? 

The Podcast Community looking to discuss the more ‘peopley’ elements to the working week.

What do we do?

From Entrepreneurship, Training, Marketing to Menopause Policies, our hosts will discuss the laughter, tears, relationships, pitfalls and politics of the modern working world.

Why are we building a podcast?

We get together to share all things business and people, where you can hear about what’s new, discuss new or controversial subjects, or just learn more about how we all navigate the sometimes choppy waters of working life.

Who are we for?

Everyone from the new Apprentice to the CEO to the retired pensioner! Anyone of any stage in life or any position is welcome to join our podcast and listen to discussion each month with our fantastic guests. 

Meet the hosts

Meet Sophie and James, hosts committed to discussing how to navigate all the many personality factors that happen in our workplaces today. 

Sophie

Meet Sophie, Sophie is Managing Director of S.E Hunter Associates Limited, a Human Resource Management Consultancy based in North Wales. She has over 15 years’ experience across HR specialisms including HR General, Recruitment, Pensions and Learning and Development. Sophie has a specialism in Equality, Diversity and Inclusion (EDI) in the workplace, having worked in an EDI Human Resource role for 8 years prior to leaving to set up her own company.  Her interests include early morning swimming, theology, volunteering with animal rescues and veganism. Her dream is to set up an animal sanctuary. 

Sophie works as a Consultant, Trainer and Strategic Advisor in a range of HR and EDI related areas.

James

Meet James, James is currently a student at the University of Chester, studying Media and Television Production. He does freelance work, creating video content for people and companies in any area. He has produced promotional, educational and content simply for entertainment. His biggest output of content came when he was employed as a video production assistant where he was responsible for producing educational and promotional content for a course in Pharmaceutical Ethics and Compliance. He has been creating and editing videos since he was 7, using an old version of iMovie and over the years working his way up to Premier Pro and After Effects. His teen years were spent filming, editing and uploading funny videos to YouTube. 

James has a real passion for everything video production. Outside of this he is a father to a beautiful boy who fills the rest of his time and keeps him on his toes.
